As the Castro regime takes further repressive steps to deny internet access to the Cuban people, Congressmen Jeff Flake of Arizona and Bill Delahunt of Massachusetts -- the main sponsors of legislation seeking to authorize American tourism to Cuba -- were surely relieved that this inhumane action exempts foreign tourists on the island.
