The "Crime" of the Newly Arrested 39

Yesterday, Reina Luisa Tamayo, the mother deceased Cuban political prisoner, Orlando Zapata Tamayo, was arrested along with 39 other dissidents.

Their crime? Trying to visit Orlando's grave site.
